Advocacy and Accountability for Young Men
Advocacy
As a men’s mental health and suicide advocate, I offer an understanding, empathetic voice grounded in lived experience and focused research. My advocacy is driven by personal loss and a commitment to addressing the silent struggles that many men face with mental health. I aim to dismantle harmful stereotypes around masculinity, encouraging open discussions on vulnerability, grief, and support systems. Through public speaking, writing, and active involvement in mental health communities, I work to create awareness, challenge stigma, and provide actionable strategies to prevent suicide and promote well-being. Ultimately, my mission is to cultivate spaces where men feel safe to express, seek help, and heal.

Accountability
As an accountability partner, I provide young men struggling with isolation, loneliness, and depression a safe, non-judgmental space to share and work through their challenges. I help them set and achieve personal goals focused on building resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful connections. With a balance of empathy and structure, I guide them toward healthier coping mechanisms and reinforce the value of self-care and seeking support. My approach is to foster trust and consistency, empowering them to break free from harmful cycles and create fulfilling, connected lives. Together, we work to dismantle the isolation and silence that often accompany mental health struggles.

“I had the privilege of being in Ethan's audience for a keynote address he delivered at an honor society induction. Ethan knocked it out of the ballpark. He was audience-centered, content rich, and appropriately challenging. His delivery was flawless. As I spoke with other audience members after Ethan's presentation, I was again reminded how effectively he connects with all age groups and how effortless he makes it look. I would be confident in booking Ethan for most any speaking engagement.”
